How to Place an Order
Because we want to ensure that your order is filled exactly to your specifications please fill in an
order form by clicking the link at the end of this page and opening the order form document. Once you've completed the order form
save the document to your computer and then email a copy to ctonline@mts.net. We will review the information you
have provided, confirm that we have received your order and let you know if we have any questions.
Please make sure to include
your contact information and the date by which the order is required. Also attach any photographs, logos or artwork that are
to be included on the products being ordered along with any specific instructions that you may have.
If you require custom
artwork to be completed, have questions about any of our products or need items that are not listed on our site please do not
